Background Umeri, Clifford (Ph.D) was born on the 31st of march at Warri and he is married with children, a native of Alisimie Agbor in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigerian. Ph.D Degree in Crop Science (Crop Production) from Ambrose AIli University 2015, M.Sc in Crop Science (Crop Production) 2010, Master Degree in Business Management 2004, Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Delta State University Abraka 2003, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma in 2000, Higher National Diploma in Agriculture (Crop Production) in 1997 from Federal College of Agriculture Moor Plantation, Ibadan. National Diploma in Agriculture from Bendel State College of Agriculture Anwai, Asaba 1988. He has served in many capacities within and outside the University community such as Head of Department of Agricultural Education, College of Education Agbor, Part Time lecturer Delta State University Abraka in Affiliation with College of Education Agbor, Chairman farm management Committee, Member Education Board, Journal of Studies in Education (JOSTED), Member Students Disciplinary Committee, served as external moderator to Agricultural Education department, College of Education Warri and Mosogar. Chairman Parents Teachers Association of St Patrick's College Asaba (2018-2022).
