Background DR. (Mrs.) Okonkwo, M.U. is a Nigerian, born in Nnewi, Anambra State. Schooled and worked in Anambra and Delta State. Presently a lecturer 11 in Faculty of Education in the Department of Vocational and Technical Education, University of Delta, Agbor. She holds Nigeria Certificate in Education in 1998 from Anambra State Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, Bachelor Degree in Business Education (Accounting option) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka in 2004, Master of Degree in Accountancy from Imo State University Owerri. In 2011, and a Ph.D Degree in Business Education (Accounting option) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka in 2021. Dr. Okonkwo, has authored and co-authored many research journal articles, books and conference proceedings in many national and international journals. She has attended and participated in many seminars, conferences and E-learning programmes within Nigeria.
