Background Mrs. Nwabuisi Magdalene Lotechukwu, is a trained Home Economist with proficient skills production, creativity and innovation. Her area of research interest includes food science, nutrition, family life, Consumer Education, Entrepreneurship education, Vocational Education instructional teaching and learning, Home Management etc. She is an experienced teacher in Home Economics and Curriculum Studies. She delights in ensuring that outcome of creative products meets global demands.
Magdalene obtained NCE in Home Economics at College of Education, Agbor, and B.Sc (Ed) Home Economics at Delta State University, Abraka. In quest for more knowledge, she further obtained her Masters’ Degree in Curriculum Studies and Instructions. She is currently running her PhD Programme at Delta State University, Abraka. She has published, authored and co-authored many research journal articles, and text books. She has attended and participated in many seminars, conferences, and workshops. She has held so many positions and committees; two-time Head of Home Economics Department at the defunct College of Education, Agbor. Coordinator, Centre for Entrepreneurship programme, Chairperson; School of Vocational and Technical Education Staff Welfare Association, UNIDEL, Agbor. Head of Unit Catering and Confectionery, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development etc. She enjoys Reading and Listening to Music.
